Coconut Tree - Edson

This is my all-time favorite restaurant. The staff is fantastic, the owner is friendly, and the food is amazing!

The food here is awesome if you like thai food its great for those with gluten issues and there bubble tea is delish. I really love the salad rolls as they are a superb appetizer or a small meal themselves accompanied with some coconut rice. If you like small and quiet tge coconut tree is the place to go. Enjoy the difference in food go to the coconut tree

The food selection is good, but the rice bowls where excellent. The food comes in good healthy portions

I got a vermiceli bowl here recently and it met my expectations. The cost is a bit more than in the city (what you'd expect,) but the taste is the same! It's a small tucked away place, surprisingly close to hwy 16. Worth a stop for a Pho or noodle bowl for sure! I also saw lots of people coming in for the bubble teas.

I just finished eating here for the first time and I am sitting in my truck typing this review before I forget. This place is awesome. It is fairly low key in location and exterior appearance, but definitely worth seeking out. I arrived to a nearly empty restaurant and was greeted immediately by the staff. I was only here for a quick bite, so I ordered right away. The waitress was very friendly, and I had my food within 10 minutes of ordering. It was perfectly cooked and steaming hot. The veggies in my dish had the perfect amount of crunch to them. Quality checks were appropriate, and my water glass was promptly topped up within 2 minutes of it being empty. Service was perfect. When I went up to pay my bill, the waitress genuinely seemed to care how my experience was. She made some recommendations for other dishes to try on future visits based on my tolerance of spicyness. I was thoroughly impressed with everything here and will definitely be back when I am in town again. Advice to owners: You're doing it right. Don't change anything. My dining experience was perfect.
