I called the restaurant to address the issue, and the staff member I spoke to immediately recognized who had prepared our food without needing to ask for our name. The food preparer claimed she remembered adding the sauces, so I offered to send her photos or a video of the bowls showing the missing sauces. She then handed the phone to her manager. The manager insisted they couldn't have forgotten the sauces, and when I offered to provide photos or videos as proof, she said our only option was to drive back to the restaurant to get the sauces. I explained that we live twenty minutes away, and her response was simply that we should still make the drive. This response was disappointing and not acceptable. They should have shown more concern for our situation. Given that we are regular customers, it was frustrating to have our order mishandled without any acknowledgment or apology.

The restaurant offers excellent customization options for bowls and has a quick ordering process. However, I didn't see any option for dining in at this time. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The food quality and prices are excellent. However, the restaurant's limited space makes it less accommodating. The staff is generally friendly, but you can sense some stress and overwhelm due to the busy atmosphere, which is understandable given the circumstances.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The ahi tacos are incredible—make sure to try both sauces! The chicken teriyaki is also excellent, and the poke bowls are quite tasty as well. They start closing at 7:45, so it's best to arrive before 7:30 for the best service.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit! I took my daughter, who loves sushi, to this place after the one nearby was closed. I'm not typically a fan of sushi, but I found it to be really good. For those who share my hesitations, they can cook the fish options that aren’t seasoned, and with all the delicious toppings available, it makes for a great meal. You can keep it low-carb by choosing zucchini noodles, cucumbers, or greens as your base, and they also offer sushi rice and brown rice. I would give it a 10 out of 10 and definitely plan to return. The prices were reasonable too. We ordered what would be considered medium bowls, and I’m just a bit over halfway through mine and already feeling quite full. The staff was very friendly, happy to answer questions and make suggestions, and they were also quite speedy.
