Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other about personal matters rather than accurately processing orders or doing so in a timely manner. If you're okay with spending 40 minutes for mediocre coffee, then this might be the place for you, but it can definitely be a frustrating experience.
The coffee is consistently great, and the prices are very reasonable.
The July special Aloha Brew cold brew was incredible!
The ladies are always a blast to talk with, the coffee is yummy, and the service is fast.
The atmosphere can feel a bit cramped at times, but overall, it's a decent place. It is quite pricey—I was spending over three hundred dollars a month there. If you're looking for friendly baristas, I would definitely recommend it. However, if you're on a budget and want to support inclusivity, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They do ask for tips even when using a gift card, which feels a bit awkward and manipulative. Overall, I would rate it around a 3.5. Oh, and I almost forgot—I have no idea what a reverse caramel macchiato is!
