T C Food To Go - Elmwood Charter Twp

Came in for the first time today. I ordered a cuban sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese. All of the food was very fresh. For someone with frequent spouts of heartburn this was very easy on the stomach. I walked in and everyone smiled as I was greeted at the door. The place was quiet and easy to stand inside and wait for my food. Then the carrot cake caught my eye. Not only did it look delicious, but the taste was even better. I'll be stopping in again soon.

Phenomenal sandwiches that we grabbed on the way to the airport. Grab and go in their cooler. The bread was amazing. Huge.

Just not overly impressed with food quality. I purchased a turkey sandwich from the grab and go area. It was rather sloppily put together...the bread was rather oily, cheese halfway on sandwich. Have been to The KITCHEN several times and each time I leave disappointed. Probably will not order from there again.

They completely messed up my door dash order. Requested no onion and dressing on side and it came with onion and soaked in dressing. My mom is allergic to onion....Also ordered no make cookies and got regular cookies ...

Was actually very disappointed. Based on the other reviews and how busy they seemed, I really expected more. I got the pulled pork meal with cole slaw and seasoned rice. The cole slaw was bland, the pulled pork was dry and I couldn't even eat the rice because it was so bland and mushy. Also very small portions for the price for sure. I'm being very generous with giving this place 3 stars.
