As a student at Elon The Root is my absolute favorite place to eat. They have great, fresh, affordable food. The best thing is their falafel burger! While there are not tons of veg options, the ones they do have are great.
Beautiful place and friendly staff! eating was also great and they had one of my favorite beers available!
They were here to eat twice during lunch and they have always available some vegan options. I like that they offer delicious, new specialties, but their food overall can be a bit bland or heavy on oil for taste. I would recommend her Asian quinoa salat next to the court, it is delicious and full of taste!
