Tempura Japanese Grill - Ermita

I'm kinda disappointed because there's really nothing special with the food yet its a bit pricey. Their Tempura, which I suppose is their specialty, tasted more like a flour.

One of those good Japanese food places for lunch. Their maki dishes are tastefully good. The same goes for the rest of the dishes. Always love to dine here. ????

Me and my work workmate are craving for some japanese food since last week specifically a Ramen maybe due to cold weather last weekend so we decided to eat at tempura japanese grill. When we arrived a waiter entertained us immediately due to the fact that there are only few cutomers that time. So we ordered a mixed maki and the ramen were craving for. We ordered seafood ramen but when our order arrived were dissapointed because of the lack of seafood in the ramen theres only shrimp and squid the scallops and other ingredients are not present in our ramen, but in their menu its stated there will be scallops and other shell seafood one of their staff explained to us the other seafood are not available. Overall the food is great and the place is nice.

Food is good. Service is poor, phone signal is poor as well. I asked if we could sit on the couch the waiter didn't allow us since it's just the two of us, and the seat is good for 4. I had to ask another waiter and he let us sit in our preferred place. Big servings nothing spectacular about the Japanese food.
