Curry Bistro - Everett

I ordered a lunch special and was quickly seated and served. The food was outstanding. While the service may not be overly cheerful and bubbly, it is definitely efficient, and you get great food. I chose the butter chicken, anticipating something standard and creamy like what you’d find at most typical Indian restaurants; however, I was pleasantly surprised to receive butter chicken that was possibly the best I've had in a long time. It was packed with real flavor and spice, and it didn't have that overly creamy texture that many Indian places provide. The chicken was fantastic as well; it wasn’t the questionable dark meat often found at cheaper establishments, but rather quality white chicken that was fresh and succulent. Absolutely delicious. Don’t come here expecting a chatty server (does that really matter?), but do come for the incredible Indian food. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I crave Indian cuisine.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each experience has been wonderful. The owner is always kind and welcoming. His passion for cooking truly shines through; he is an incredible chef who creates fantastic Indian dishes. The food showcases his dedication, and the balance of flavors is absolutely delightful! I can't wait to return!

We dined at this restaurant twice recently, using Groupons both times. The owner and the waiter were very accommodating in accepting the Groupon. The service was excellent. Just be prepared to wait about 25 minutes for your food, so it's best to come when you can take your time and unwind. The food is quite good and has an authentic flavor. Parking is limited, so on days when there are events at the arena, plan on walking a bit.
