Herb Niemann's Steak House - Everson

My 12 ounce nat was perfection. I carved mine I used to be crushed. in this case was garnel that I did not enjoy so much, just because it is easier to spread a crushed crumb than garnel. that said; the steak itself was still perfection. to complicate my steak was a fine mezcal I have never seen on a menu, and this smokey mezcal worked hand in hand with my fired steak. phenomenal experience. I knew when my salad was crispy and green, with absolutely no wizard and stalk; that was a five star establishment. I recommend this experience to anyone who can afford it. to summarize it. perfection is the word I would choose to describe my experience.

Long wait timesWaitress should have informed us of menu changes. We decided to try niemans after over 20 years for my husband's birthday. Never going back!

Loved this place.The food was awesome, the lady who served us was great with EVERYONE . One of my new favorite places. I believe it was the owner who thanked us for coming in at the end.I cannot say enough about this place. I am usually leary of ordering soups out as alot of them are pre-made elsewhere but the Chicken noodle soup was to die for , along with my Caprice salad, Thankyou for a great dinning experience!
