Sonic Drive-in - Excelsior Springs

Food and drinks are always correct at this location, which is a breath of fresh air. My only complaint is orders can take a while at the drive through. I don’t think their card machine is working, and took over 5 minutes to order, pay, and receive two drinks.

I ordered a number 3 it came out in a timely manner.I got half way home an bit into my burger an chipped my back tooth on a piece of metal that was in it an when I called them and told them they apologized an said they were sending me a card to get the next meal on them the manager clearly lied as I didn 't receive it I immediately called corporate and told them they said we assure you that we will take care of this an got my name and address another lie,I have always had a good experience there but since they can 't keep their word I guess I will contact a lawyer to get my tooth taken care of. Sad when people just can 't keep their word at Chillicothe Sonic! Heart broken I love their food!

I come here every day I work. 5 days a week. I ordered the same supersonic double cheeseburger everyday and at least once out of a week my burger is freshly made and every time after that it's like water down patties that's been soaking in water I love excelsior springs Sonic but I'm starting to get tired of it watered down

Love their food and the people who work there. They are always friendly and get the food out as soon as they possibly
