I don't even know how to express how great it was! **Customer Service:** Exceptional. **Food:** - Chicken Taco: Delicious and full of flavor. - Chorizo Taco: Lacked taste; I wouldn’t order it again. - Pork Belly: A burst of flavors, but a bit too sweet. A little reduction in sweetness would create a better balance. - Bulgogi Taco: A unique concept with good flavors. - Pork Belly Rice Bowl: Fantastic flavor with perfectly cooked rice. The pork belly was again a bit too sweet. **Now for the highlight of the meal:** The Tres Leches dessert. Absolutely SPECTACULAR! All flavors were perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just right. Simply put, it's the BEST tres leches I've ever had! **Prices:** Very reasonable given the quality of food, excellent service, and convenient location. **Would I return or recommend to a friend?** Definitely! **Summary:** The customer service was outstanding! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly smile. The manager came over to explain how things worked since it was our first visit. Another team member assisted us with our questions, and the food runner was incredibly friendly. I was truly impressed by the organization and teamwork. Whoever trained this staff deserves a raise (or two) and should go out into the corporate world to share their expertise. You've gained a loyal customer in me!

I won't be returning. The tacos were somewhat gimmicky but decent. However, I found the hidden mandatory tip included in the bill to be quite frustrating. The only interaction you have with the server is when they bring your order, which you place using a URL on your phone. For that, a 20% automatic tip is added to your bill, but this isn't revealed until you're ready to pay.

Overall, it was a pleasant restaurant with unique and delicious tacos. The margaritas were fantastic; a helpful tip is that you can specify your desired flavor in the notes. You order and pay directly from your phone, which means there's minimal interaction with a server. It’s definitely a fun place to visit again.
