Vocelli Pizza - Fairfax

Been here dozens of times. Best pizza in the area. This is our go-to spot and the fan favorite with our kids. We always get the pineapple and bacon pizza. Mohammed always goes out of his way to make sure that the pizza is perfect.

I called the store the afternoon before I needed 8 large pizzas for 11:15am the next morning. Muhammad, the owner I’m guessing, took my order and was very professional and accommodating. The next morning he called me while I was on the way to let me know that the pizza was ready.. When I got there, he helped me carry the pizzas to my car Very friendly. What a great experience. What a good guy.

Picked up pizza and it was cold. Cashier was not pleasant.

Great experience, I tried practically the whole menu in the time I had, the pizza is prepared by hand and cooked in a pan; let me tell you, it is truly fantastic, the toppings cover the entire surface of the pizza, the dough is light enough to digest and not at all salty so as to marry with what we like most, the staff is friendly and directs the customer to the best experience for their meal, I will definitely return very often, I witnessed some scenes of misunderstanding between the gentleman at the cashier and some customers, but people must understand the gastronomic sector and that everyone has their own tasks and times to respect, they are not there to play, but work to allow anyone who wants to have a pizza binge a great experience even the offers are unbeatable, I do not understand how people can complain after paying 6 dollars for a calzone!!! thanks for existing and see you soon!

To begin, I must express my fondness for Ledo's Pizza. Every restaurant I have dined at in Maryland has provided a positive experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this particular location was quite disappointing. The food I received was not prepared the way I had requested. When I attempted to address this issue with the employee, he was rude and dismissive. He insisted that he had not made a mistake and gave me an ultimatum to either accept the incorrect pizza or leave. I ultimately chose to leave the restaurant. I have no intentions of returning to this location in the future. The lack of respect and poor customer service from the staff member was unacceptable. I advise against dining at this establishment.
