However, I wanted to point out that they have removed their fountain drink machines from the front area and now only offer one free refill. If you're someone who likes to have multiple refills, you may want to consider trying a different location.
Keila was extremely helpful in assisting me with the kiosk machine and was very friendly throughout my visit. God bless her sweet soul.
There is an excessive reliance on automated self-service and online ordering at this restaurant. It can be frustrating for those who prefer traditional customer service as there is minimal staff available to assist older or disabled customers who are not comfortable with the technology. I do not like the idea of having food waiting for me from an app or feeling like I am doing the staff's job by ordering in the lobby.
On a complete whim I went to McDonald’s. I ordered. Medium 2 cheeseburger meal and was told to park and number six. There’s no number six so I parked in the courier parking spot next to number 5. I waited 20-25 minutes, and I know it was that long because I was 10 minutes in to a YouTube video and I already had watched 2 before. Never got my food. I had to walk in to get my money back and was almost made to walk back outside to get my receipt even though I had been waiting in spot “6” this entire time. On top of that it’s so grungy with homeless people everywhere outside. Worst drive through experience ever. Good reminder why I don’t eat McDonald’s.
