Gasthaus Freihof - Feldkirch

We were told that the best Schnitzel would be available here. So we decided to try. This is a family-run business and very very successful. We all ordered Schnitzels, some normal, some small, some with fries and some with salad. All were excellent and the small schnitzels were in fact the size of a normal portion. Finishing the standard schnitzel together with the fries served was a challenge. If you are visiting Feldkirch, this restaurant should be on your must-visit list.

In Gasthaus Freihof you will find the best Wienerschnitzel from Austria, a huge 10! The schnitzels were 100% fresh, crusty, tender and big enough. The staff is very hospitable and takes the time for a talk. The old traditional Austrian cosiness, we will definitely come back some day!

Mega gutes Essen und tolles Personal! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und freue mich auf das nächste Schnitzel!

Mein Cordonbleu und der Salat dazu hat gepasst - Frisch zubereitet und sehr gute Fleischqualität! Komme sicher wieder mal hierher..

Ich war schon ein paar mal im Restaurant Freihof. Jedes mal ging ich auch zufrieden raus.Das Essen wird mit Liebe zubereitet. Die Leberknödel-Suppe war wie von Mama. Das Schnitzel gross genug und gut gewürzt. Vielleicht zu lange geklopft - konnte etwas dicker sein. Der Kartoffelsalat war geschmacksvoll. Eine tolle Kombination in einer sympathischer Umgebung.
