I have been to this store a bunch of times since opening a month or so ago, at least several times per week, but I won't be returning anymore after last week. Firstly, HJ used to have a very good store located where RTM currently is, however, they obviously decided we weren't good enough for them and they left town, now only to return years later with a tiny store in a bad spot that is annoying to navigate. Their operation is also very inefficient, you can order just a couple of soft serve cones and will still get parked every time and be sat waiting for 10 minutes (one time we ordered 6 cones and they gave us four and made us wait 20 minutes for the remaining two). The way they handle drive-thru orders creates congestion, since the waiting window blocks the drive-thru, so if more than one person is waiting, no one else can get past (yet they seem to send every car to that third window to wait). They should have picked up their game by now, but are obviously lacking adult supervision. Having had to deal with this terrible drive-thru experience more than a dozen times in such a short space of time has been mentally draining and I now cringe at the thought of returning to that store. The last straw was being told that the ice-cream machine wasn't working, meaning I had to deal with the drive-thru bullshit for nothing. Dirty tables ignored by senior staff. Senior female came out from the kitchen sat on the dirty table. Completely ignoring the food spilt on the table and went back into the kitchen. How clean is the kitchen ???? Chips were stone cold just sitting in the burger warmer in a plastic container. Spent over $40 to get cold food thats a joke ill never come back to this shop again just to get cold food Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
