Diablo Burger - Flagstaff

Delicious! The burger was a perfect size. You can finish the whole burger and feel satisfied instead of painfully stuffed. The fries are quite tasty as well. Even the salad was substantial and not just a cheap rabbit food alternative; in fact it was alsovery good. There was a long line but the food was worth the wait.

The food was ok. I really liked my jolly green giant burger, but my wife's burger was VERY raw. They recommend medium rare, but her's was rare rare. The line for ordering food on Saturday evening was slow. It could have been faster if the guy who wastaking orders didn't walk away every few minutes to deliver drinks to other guests tables. There were 3 other employees behindthe counter and perhaps one of them could deliver drinks instead? But we thought perhaps this was done on purpose in order tolimit the number of guests at the restaurant? I would probably come back, but my family was disappointed with the rate burger.

Burgers and fries were really tasty, my husband had his burger-well done and he was satisfied with it, my burger was medium rare as recommended and i was also satisfied. The only probpem was the size of the burhers-they were quiet small and overpriced forthat size. They should make bigger burgers and less fries pr lower the prices.

If you're in historic downtown Flagstaff, make a stop here. You won't regret it! They allowed us to sit with our dogs on their shaded patio for lunch. Service was great and the burgers were delicious. Even my picky daughter who only likes In N Out burgerssaid she would give these 100 stars! Tables were clean and the employees were so nice. Highly recommend! I got the senor smokeburgers and it was to die for.
