Got there at 12:15 and none of the online orders had been processed, I and sever other people waited another 20 mins while the staff cleared the line of walk-ins before even starting to work on the preorders.Got all the way home, and the plate of chicken Teriyaki and noodles? only had noodles in it. Not to mention the egg rolls wereover cooked boarder-line burnt.
Had to stop to pick up a family dinner for my son on the way home. It looked so good, we picked up a second fir ourselves. Needless to say, it was good. People were superb. Great place. Will return!
Okay, our sons favourite. We live in Canada. So we had to get 2 family dinners, agreed, very good food, loved it all. The restaurant was very clean. People were great!
This is definitely the best Panda Express in our area. We have been to several, with this one on Miller Road in Flint being our go to. Food is very consistent and plenty to eat. The soft drinks are larger than most other restaurants. Small is big enoughfor most, medium is bigger than most other restaurants large.
Wow! That was an interesting experience. I believe her name is Fina? Whoever owns this restaurant may want to look at moving her back to prep work or cooking, because she should not be interacting with your customers. I didn 't even look to see, but itwould just be classic if she was the manager... I will give Fina this, she seems to be a very hard worker. She just has noability in customer service. She should not be the one leading off the customer experience, because for our group, it wasterrible. My luck, I chose to come here on my birthday (haha)????, and end up not even ordering because of the rude service Iwas getting. I should have stopped our group of 6 right then, and walked out. I went to the restroom, came out and watched therest of the group eat, then went to bangkok express, where I knew I would get great service. In fairness, maybe Fina isoverworked and stressed, which falls then on ownership/management to get her some time off. But if I had to guess, I would sayit is more likely that she is just arrogant and lacks customer service skills. Anyway, I am a foody and am always selling myfriends, coworkers, and family on the best restaurants out there, and now in my book Panda Express as a brand was flushed downthe toilet by 1 person.
