Przekaż informację zwrotnąCame in for dinner tonight. It's not our first, and definitely won't be our last time here. We love this place. The menu might seem a bit overwhelming but the staff has always been more than willing to explain every dish. We have yet to order something we didn't like. Tonight, we had the steamed dumplings and Thai firecracker shrimp appetizers and the pad Thai along with the orange chicken as our main dish. To top things off, our waitress Samantha was very attentive and brought everything out right away.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu
Great food. Pho could initially have more veggies but were given more once we asked. Great hot sake. We ordered some fruit purees to mix in. One teardrop. Server was great. Parking not so great. Even the music selection was great.Food: 5/5
Tried for the first time today def recommend! Friendly attentive service, and the food was really good. Got the crispy calamari as an appetizer and ordered the Pad Kee Mow as an entree with no onions. The noodles are really good and you can choose your level of spicy (I got Level 4). To drink I got water coke, and a Thai Tea to-go, which I forgot to get a pic of. The Thai Tea was good. I enjoyed the upbeat music playing also. Overall a good experience.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options availableKid-friendliness: Kid-friendlyParking: Lots of free parking availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Great food and awesome menu. Everything we ate was fantastic. The service unfortunately is extremely poor. Our server had to be called constantly instead of her checking on the patrons. She did not know the menu at all. It was a very young staff that was more interested in hanging out behind the bar talking than taking care of customers. I wanted to give them a 5. So, to be clear 5.0 for food quality and 1.0 for service quality.
It's disheartening to note that it feels nearly impossible to receive even basic decency, let alone good customer service, if you are Black. Unless you actively seek assistance, you might as well be invisible, as staff members often bypass Black customers, including groups of us. Right now, I'm sitting inside the restaurant, waiting for a to-go order that I had to fight to place. I had to remind the staff member who finally approached me that I should be served first, rather than the white and Mexican gentlemen in line behind me. I stood at the podium for about five minutes and even rang the service bell after a minute. When I finally got the attention of the staff, the girl looked at me with disbelief and asked, “How can I help you?” From now on, I'll be making the trip to Terrell for my Thai food. I almost forgot to mention that I found a beetle in my daughter's ice cream! In summary, while the food features decent Thai and Taiwanese snacks, the service and atmosphere are incredibly disappointing. What a letdown. UPDATE (20 minutes after writing this): Despite all the poor treatment, I received my order incomplete and packaged in a Staples bag. I tried calling the restaurant, but I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on.
