Got to the sandwich to notice they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. Have been trying to call them for 10 minutes but the phone is busy. Never going there again.
Had a sharp chix. Good sandwich. Prices are better than most fast food. The app offers discounts and reward points.
We got great service from the staff when we tried to order from the BK app. Breakfast was good.
After many previous disappointments, I decided to try again. Food was ok, but we ate inside and probably won't again. After they updated, the place is very open, loud and drafty. The person taking orders on the drive thru could be heard throughout the dining room area very loudly. Everything echos. The restroom is dark and scary, not sure if it was clean. They were out of receipt ink, so I couldn't do a survey online, but felt I wanted to say something. Unfortunately, this location has never lived up to normal BK standards, I was hoping it might get better, but no.
Far to often I went to drive thru and wound up backing up and leaving. For example today may 26th I was the third car waiting to order. I noticed the menu board had not ever gotten an order on it .another customer pulled up behind me and after about 10 minutes they backed up and left I followed. I won't go to drive thru again I may not even goto burger King again ...I'm done!
