George catered our wedding. hes great, easy guy to talk to explained everything as many times as I asked even if it was the same question answered every question I had for him, but the food was amazing absolutely not one bad thing I have to say about anything he made. everyone at the wedding said how amazing the food was also, even after calculating how many people we had for our wedding with people going back up for not 2nds but 3rds and 4ths we still managed to bring home enough food for the next 5 months. I'd recommend smokehouse specialties to everyone!
