Vaudeville - Fredericksburg

Absolutely loved this place both the retail store and bistro. We had such a great experience for lunch, we came back the same day for dinner. One of the absolute best meals I've ever had for dinner as well! This place is a gem!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Food was wonderful. Quality flavors and ingredients. Helpful and informative staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Wife and I are vegan, and the Powerbowl (lunch only) contained the same great babaganoush and curried white bean hummus as the mediterranean plate. The rest of the fam had good looking sandwiches on great crusty bread. Service was truly five star. Wine list had no Texas wines despite being in the middle of Texas wine country, which was odd, but hardly off-putting. Cool, modern subterrainian dining. Highly recommend.

The food was good. Glad they had a couple vegan options. The only I didn’t like was that they make such a big deal out of subbing ingredients. I ordered the Power Bowl and wanted quinoa instead of brown rice and it was a $3.00 up charge.

Amazing food and great service. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere inside is more for after hours time. we went there at 11:00 and we decided to sit outside because of how dark it felt inside. We like that atmosphere but not for the morning hours.
