Hemingway - Freiburg im Breisgau

Best cocktail place in the city. Really friendly staff. Reasonable prices and good music.

I flew 9 hours to Stuttgart and then drove 3 hours to Freiburg. I wanted to have a nightcap and go to my hotel to sleep. Upon arrival, I saw one open space...

Hemingway would have liked it here. Smokers Lounge and well-mixed drinks. At the moment only in the basement, the Caribbean conservatory behind the lobby is redesigned.

This bar is downstairs under the Victoria Hotel and therefore cavelike in its appearance and ambience. It is very atmospheric and warm.The two young men manning the bar are very professional and efficient. There is a separate smoking room but unfortunately the smell of smoke...invades the main bar which is then only down side

Cool place, nearby the train station. They have a wide offer of drinks. The drinks look nice and the personnel is very kind
