The place may appear a bit worn out, but the service is outstanding and the food is excellent.

The pho doesn't taste the same as it did under the original owner. I ordered a kids' pho for $10, but my child was still hungry because the portion was very small. The service was also lacking; I asked for a bowl for sauce, and the server completely forgot about me. The atmosphere was dull, with hardly anyone dining there. I'd rather eat at the pho shop next door. But that's just my opinion.

I went to the restaurant with my kids, and they automatically added the gratuity to our bill. It took an exceptionally long time for someone to come and take our order, even though the restaurant was nearly empty during lunch. We also didn't receive any refills for our drinks. Additionally, I noticed that the prices have nearly doubled. While the food is good, it doesn't justify the high prices. I used to really enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I'm unsure if I'll return.
