V-bistro (viet Bistro) - Fridley

I ordered a beef noodle salad and two vegetarian spring rolls. To begin with, the portion size was too much for me and I couldn't finish it all. The spring rolls were quite large and very tasty, and they came with their own sauce. The salad paired well with the spring rolls, as it was not too heavy and had a good balance of meat and noodles. The food at this restaurant is delicious. The woman who usually works at the counter is always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside is great for dining. My favorite dish is the fried rice with mock duck, and we always order the crab Rangoon or egg rolls. We frequently get takeout from V Bistro and I always enjoy it. Their service for take out is very reliable.

Great joint, for vietnamese food fusion. The service is excellent, the food selection is great but the most importantly is the flavor. It is so tastefull that I will have to come back to continue tasting the menú. Highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
