Starbucks - Ft Oglethorpe

I long since should have left a five star review. I use to stop in every Sunday morning and order five drinks for everyone on my crew in ER. And they were always phenomenal and kind, even when they were busy. This Sunday, however, I had ordered through Doordash, and unfortunately my Shaken Espresso was all cream and no Espresso. : Since they're the closest Starbucks, I just assumed it was them and showed up for that Espresso. It had not come from their location as, they do not doordash anyways) but, they were very sweet and simply remade the drink so I didn't have to drive to another location. It was greatly appreciated! :

The two baristas Amy and Madison I believe are wonderful all stars on service and promptness !!! I will definitely be back

Warm is not hot : . I love ordering trough the app. Because you can pick the temperature of the coffee.

I loved this Starbucks, service has always been great and friendly staff. Recently however, there have been 5 or 6 homeless individuals inside each time I stop by. Today, one of these individuals had a baseball bat, others were asleep in the chairs, bags of their belongings scattered throughout the area. I understand providing service to paying customers, but where do you draw the line?

Never had a problem with this place before recently I sent two of my co-workers to pick up coffee. And give it their grungy hard-working fellows regardless they paid for our order and instead of what they ordered were giving two americanos. Which had the wrong name on it in the first place. But also after being corrected in a common respectful manner the manager on duty closing decided to be ugly and disrespectful and did not fix the order nor provide compensation but told the machines were off and basically they get what they get. These men are hard-working and I do understand the frustrations of closing but good God an Americano is not a caramel frappe with an extra shot. Disgraceful we should always and will always go across the river or down the street. Or go to mean mug where they're always nice! Oh and the man whose coffee you got wrong what's a big barista for 3 years.
