Samyo Asian Food - Galway

Fresh and Tasty food. Great Staff. Will definitely be back!

My family and I are in Galway for a few days and we've already been to Samyo TWICE because we really enjoyed it (we would love to go again if time allowed). The food is really wonderful, very generous portions and reasonably priced, and beautifully cooked with great variety, especially for vegetarians and vegans. My mum and I are both vegetarians and we had lots of choice of lovely food (we tried the vegetable peanut satay, the veggie chow mein, the stuffed mushroom starter and the signature curry with vegetables, and they were all lovely would especially recommend the signature curry). The staff were so friendly and attentive, and service was very quick we didn't have to wait much between courses, which was brilliant as you can smell the wonderful food throughout the restaurant and it made us really hungry. I'm just sorry we don't have a place like Samyo back home in Belfast but I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Galway!

What a little gem. Good quality wonderful tasting Asian food. With staff that took an interest and cared about their customers always with a smiling face. Would definitely recommend a visit for take out or sit down instead of LANA Asian street food across the road where the front office staff are rude, sour faced and useless.

The title sums it up. Interesting menu choices, prompt service despite them being full. Yakisoba noodles and chicken Thai assam both very tasty. Nothing to mark them down on.
