King's Crab Shack - Garland

The food was disappointing. I ordered a pound of snow crab legs, half a pound of shrimp, two boiled eggs, and a mixed drink. The boiled eggs were old, and the crab legs lacked freshness and proper seasoning; it felt like they just threw everything together without care. The mixed drink was good, which is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a one-star rating. This was my second visit, but it might be my last.

The service was incredibly poor, so let's start with that. I ordered a Long Island iced tea, and it had enough alcohol to knock out a bull! There was only one staff member who was juggling all roles as the chef, bartender, and server. On a positive note, I found the crawfish surprisingly delicious. But will I return? Absolutely not, not in a million years.

Wow! The crawfish were terrible. I just got 2 pounds less than ten minutes ago, and I completely wasted my money. They were overcooked and had no seasoning at all. Absolutely horrible. If I could give a rating of 0, I would!

So I’m very disappointed humiliated by the way we were treated I took my daughter for dinner for graduation the service was horrible we will never go back again, there were 8 of us, the coke was fizzed out, the tea tasted like dirt, it took two hours to be served, my son ordered a poor boy and was served last, never came to offer if we wanted more drinks or if wanted anything while we waited, my sons girlfriend ordered wings the wings had no flavor my daughter got food poisoning and we heard a dog barking from the kitchen area towards the end of dinner. We would not recommend this place.

To start off I came in and sat down for 30 minutes till someone finally came to just take my drink order then another 30 plus minutes to bring me my drink. Only recommend if you have all day to wait for a drink. Also they never have oysters
