Lucha Colorado Cantina - Georgetown

Although I typically dislike Mexican restaurants that charge for chips and salsa, it was worth it in this case. The salsa tasted incredibly fresh, and the chips were exceptional. We visited on New Year's Eve, but since we arrived early, it wasn't a problem for our group of seven (four adults and three kids). The service was attentive, the portion sizes were good, and the prices were reasonable given the charming downtown location. I ordered the beef enchiladas, my son had the chicken, and my husband chose the fajitas. Everyone was satisfied with their meals. This was definitely a great choice for us, and we would happily return if we're in the area again!

The food was incredible! It was such a pleasant surprise to find another Luchia Cantina 1,000 miles away from home. We live near Rockford, IL, where there’s also one. We inquired about it and discovered that they are part of the same family.

A must-visit in Georgetown for great food! I had the best Chile Relleno here—unlike the greasy versions I've had elsewhere, this one was perfectly prepared. They also offer a variety of salsas! The service was excellent, too!

Terrible experience. Nobody was wearing masks, except for one person in the entire place. The cook came out, touched his own mask, and then handled the food—gross! Also, don’t bother trying to call; I couldn’t get through. By the way, the musician performing live was also not wearing a mask. What’s the point of live music if I can’t hear anything? I felt forced to stand closer to the unmasked staff. Just save your money—whatever food you can make at home is safer.

I had a wonderful experience at this top-notch Mexican restaurant located in the mountains of Colorado. Situated in what appears to be an old mining town, not far from a ski resort, the restaurant occupies a charming old bar. The atmosphere exudes a classic Western vibe. The food was outstanding; I ordered enchiladas, rice, and refried beans, and everything tasted incredibly authentic.
