Bourbon Bones Santan Village - Gilbert

I have been to this location multiple times, as well as other locations in AZ. The Gilbert location has disappointed each time. Food has NEVER been worth it at the Gilbert location. $80 ribeyes we’re not of a quality one would come to expect. Never returning. Bill was $490+ for four people and that only included a total of five alcoholic beverages (crowne coke)… just not worth it at the Gilbert location.

Had a great time as always. The background noise was a little bit high but nothing crazy.

Amazing food and service. They helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary and we will be back.

Shadi helped us with our reservation, and was very accommodating with our table selection. Melanie was our server, and if you can special request her, you should! She was assisted by Edward, who was on point for our needs. Scallops, filet, and the special Delmonico, we awesome. We’ll be back!

My husband and I made reservations for our 30th year anniversary and noted it in our reservation. Everyone from the host to our specific server and her assistant’s were very gracious in wishing us a happy anniversary and acknowledging it. Kyl is an outstanding server. She’s very knowledgeable in introducing and explaining different menu items, options, and also very transparent in pricing. Some items were very highly priced, possibly overpriced, but we did our research, and we knew that going in, so we were fully prepared. You can choose between the front bar area or the back dining area. We chose the back dining area because previous reviews said that the front section can get a bit noisy. They granted our request and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience is great, food was delicious, but most of all the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. As long as you know that it is an expensive evening, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you Kyl and crew for making this a wonderful evening for our 30th anniversary!
