Panda Express - Gilbert

I love to eat pandas. my family always has that I'll take her off. When I had to go to this place today because of my route, I was certainly not welcome. the girl that brings the food into the teller was so rude. I was talking to me like I was slowly in my head, which is not nice. When I asked for more soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, she was so rude and spoke about me! I don't blame the restaurant. I give her the debt. Do it better, you are rude and should not be faced with customers.

The lady behind the counter was super nice, even though she was alone.

I took my family to Panda Express for the second and last time. The first time one of the older servers was a little rude, but we chalked it up to a bad hair day. We visited a second time to give them a chance redeem themselves. Unfortunately, the customer service was worse. Two of the younger servers were just plain rude. The tone of their voices was condescending and impatient. We thought one server being rude could just be a bad day, but two servers being rude is a management customer service problem. The food was ok but not great. I certainly have tasted better Chinese food. I will recommend to my friends not to come to this particular Panda Express restaurant. If their customer service does not improve, I don't believe they will survive. There are better restaurants in the area and competition is tough out there. Good luck!

Great experience overall, except for Katie. very unhelpful, and wouldn't let me address her by anything other than her gamertag. very cold and insensitive, as asians usually are. I recommend she gets demoted to night janitor IMMEDIATELY. In conclusion, 10/10, except for Katie, 0/10.

This store is not in the habit of giving spoons and paper to customers, I thought they put spoons in the bag, and I have to eat with cards instead of spoons
