DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING JOINT. First of all, I've been here for couple of times now and first time I had sort of an okay experience, but next few times it just got worse and worse. This review is about today's experience that I will not forget. Food aspect ATROCIOUS. Food had no flavour, the only thing good there are dips and things that were factory made and packed. I ordered cheeseburger which was fine, chocolate shake was bland, and chicken bbq sandwich came SQUISHED, salad all over the bag. I also ordered some chilli cheese and THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN THE BAG, checked the reciept, and YES, I paid for it, didnt recieved it. (I did a takeaway, so I could only see it for myself when I came home and would not wanna go back since it was a long drive), Ambient aspect restaurant looks unclean, unhygenic, flies everywhere, tables not swiped or cleaned. The monitors from self order automat sticky. Experience and staff HORRIBLE. Firstly I walked in the restaurant, and staff was ARGUING amongst themselves and yelling in arabic. (Remind you, I speak english and swedish because this is after all Sweden and have nothing against other cultures, but this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). And it was not even in the background of the restaurant, they were in plain sight behind the counter, yelling at eachother with people trying to eat the food at the restaurant. I couldn't even hear the music playing on radio (that's how loud it was). Alrighty, I order my food. Waited for 10 minutes. I was really hungry, mind you, I would walk away when I saw them yelling because that was a HUGE RED FLAG but I took the risk. The staff was still arguing even when I came to the counter and picked up my food to go, people were leaving the restaurant, everyone was awkwardly waiting for their food or leaving. I cannot believe something like this exists in today's age. I just wanted my food and go home. I got 75% what I paid for and a full spectacle. Please, may this be a warning to everybody who wants to spend their coins here. Just don't.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. First of all, the atmosphere was not good. There were multiple people in line JUST to complain about not getting their orders correct. Then when I was placing my order on the ordering screen, the soda machine was apparently not working, hence all the sodas was out of stock. The only options available to drink was fanta exotic or Monster energy. But, the canned sodas were stacked right next to the fryer, so they were warm. It took about 15 minutes to get my order called up. That's okay, not the best, but still okay. However, very few of the stats spoke Swedish. They spoke to me in English, and to each other in Arabic. The German couple in front of me had an even harder time speaking with the staff, and they had been waiting for their order for oven an hour. Surprisingly, they got my order right! But the burger was almost cold and as said previously, the drink was warm. Overall, I would NOT eat here again.
