I just ordered a meal from this restaurant, and while everything else was good and the service was initially quick and responsive, my experience took a turn at the window. I waited for 13 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. I could see the woman at the register, and I wondered if there was an issue with it. All she needed to do was let me know that she would be with me shortly. After waiting 15 minutes without any communication, I decided to leave. I’m very disappointed in the service tonight and I won’t be returning.
This restaurant is fantastic, and the service is always excellent. I've been here a few times, and it's consistently busy. Even when they're short-staffed, I always receive outstanding customer service. One of the supervisors, Lemonia, has been wonderful and always a pleasure to interact with. My favorite dish is the jalapeño and cheese, and they always get it just right!
Whataburger has always been reliable with good food. Until you order something on the menu that they must not sell allot of. Ordered an apple pie with my dinner. A usually mild wait now takes over 20-minutes. To cook an apple pie!?!?! But one of thebest parts was requesting spicy ketchup and getting none. No napkins either. And the kicker was grabbing a couple fries to eatand having a long blond hair attached to them. Gross ???? !!! Took the whole order back since I'm not taking any chances. Got afull refund. The shift manager was non apologetic and more concerned with going home. Now that she has to take care of adisgruntled customer. That's ok because there are plenty of other burger joints in Phoenix that will get my business. NotWhataburger!!!
This place needs to step it up! this was my first time ever going to whataburger and i ordered a number one. she asked if i wanted cheese i said yes and also order 2 dipping sauces. when i got my receipt i saw that they had charged me for the 2 sauces AND the cheese. why wouldn't they tell me that? and then i get home and guess what; no cheese on the burger and my sauce that i unknowingly paid for wasnt in the bag either. it is so bad i wanna give you a zero, but i cant, so i give u.. a 1.
