Burger King - Gonzales

?‍ Come on Burger King, the king of the sloppy burgers. Chicken is hard like plastic and cold. Can't even eat it.

How do enter zero stars lady at the window which is probably the manager was RUDE just for no reason if you hate your job just quit don’t ruin people day and get mad just because the want sauce or hot food smh. No matter how polite you are you get the same nasty attitude from staff.

The service at this restaurant was poor as they were unable to provide me with a receipt. My order was incorrect and the staff had a poor attitude. They seemed unaware that their printer was out of order and were unable to provide me with a receipt from another machine. It was frustrating to see the lack of technological skills and professionalism. It was disappointing to experience such incompetence.

On April 21, 2022, I visited my local Burger King restaurant on Highway 30 in Gonzales, Louisiana. I placed my order, specifically requesting a Whopper with no cheese, fries, and a Coke, all cooked fresh and not in the microwave. When I checked my order at the window, I found that the salad, tomatoes, bread, and wrapper had all been microwaved. I tried to go inside to address the issue, but the door was locked, so I went back to the window. The person there rudely cut me off, insisting that my order was correct. I explained that I had requested no microwave cooking, but they refused to listen. I asked to speak to the manager, but the same person claimed to be the manager and told me to leave. She even made rude and disgusting remarks. I called the police because I felt mistreated, and another employee at the window tried to start an argument with me. The police arrived, and I filed a report. Burger King later claimed that I had cursed at them, which was untrue and was proven false. The employee who mistreated me should be fired for their unprofessional behavior. They clearly need remedial training. I will not be returning to this Burger King location.

The food quality has declined. The burgers are left under a heat lamp.
