Arby's - Goodlettsville

The portion of roast beef was not the usual amount, which was disappointing. I also requested Arby's sauce, but it was not provided. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.

Great roast beef sandwiches as always. The curly fries were off this time. Normally this location is on point hence the five stars.

Their Reuben is pretty good, especially when you have a coupon bringing the price to less than $5.00. The after 2PM chicken slider is a small chicken tender with a small slice of cheese on a very nice bun. I had this once and took it home to add pickles and condiments. Excellent when you want a little snack.

It has been 5 years since I last visited this special Arby's location. With everything changing due to COVID, I decided to give them an extra star. I still need to work on getting my order right, as I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go back and correct it. However, Arby's is Arby's - they always give you more meat than other fast food places, which in my opinion makes it a healthier option. I just wish they would listen to their customers and do as requested, even if it's difficult to make adjustments like adding extra mayo. Overall, Arby's is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat, as long as you double-check your order before leaving.

I believe that the staff at this particular Arby's location is exceptional! They truly prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of the food. It's a fantastic place to dine. Keep up the great work - customers definitely notice and appreciate it!
