Good place for a Authentic Chinese Food in Salem. Good location and awasome ambience and ofcourse good parking facility. You get tasty authentic food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Enjoyed our dinner with friends from School after so many years.Will never miss to go whenever i visit Salem.

This nice Chineese restaurant in Salem Tamil Nadu India has a good traditional Chinees cuisine. Modern. Clean. Fast and friendly staff. Good ambiance. Good atmosphere. Fresh food. It is expensive for India. But afcourse in comparing with the West it is cheap. It is always full. There is also a cool enclosed kids club. Nice parking.

On our way back from Yercaud to Coimbatore we stopped at Cascade at Salem for lunch. The place has nice warm interiors and the ambience is also good. We were here with folks who have eaten here before so It already was recommended Everything on the menu and we over ordered I guess) was authentic in flavour, came piping hot to the table and had very generous proportions We ordered the following Prawn Tom Yum Sweet Corn Chicken Soups, a platter of Dimsums, Dragon Chicken Kung Pao Chicken for starters Thai Green Curry , Schezwan Rice, Chop Suey and more And we had their signature Fried Ice Cream for dessert all in all, awesome meal!

For the main course, we ordered Thai Spicy Rice, Yue Mein Noodle, Chilli Garlic Noodle, and Roti Canai, along with Stuffed Eggplant and mix veg cashew gravy. The Stuffed Eggplant gravy was exceptional and a must-have, rated 5 out of 5. The other dishes were good, but the Roti Canai was a bit disappointing as it was more like parota and kurma than traditional Roti Canai. Despite this, I would definitely return to this restaurant for another visit.

The restaurant is simply superb. The food, especially the steamed salmon, was excellent. The atmosphere and ambiance were great, and the service was excellent. The Cascade team is doing a fantastic job, keep it up!
