Half Brothers Brewing Co - Grand Forks

My friends and I visited this restaurant for the first time on a early Thursday afternoon and ended up staying for 5 hours. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The taproom concept is fantastic, with a great selection of affordable craft beer (only $4 for a large craft beer!), interesting food options, communal seating that encourages socializing, and a kid-friendly atmosphere (so my friends with children can join me for a beer). It felt like home from the moment we walked in, and I am already looking forward to going back.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic, always friendly and accommodating. The beer is consistently fresh, cold, and served quickly. Their variety of craft brews are all above average and stand out among other locally brewed beers. They even offer flights of bacon to go along with your flight of beer! The great selection and service make Half Brothers a unique option in Grand Forks. I will definitely continue to recommend it to others. This review is rare for me to write, but Half Brothers is truly awesome!

This restaurant not only serves the best brewed beer in Grand Forks, but they also constantly come up with tasty and creative new flavors. The owners are highly involved in the community and strive to create a welcoming environment. I give this place a 5-star rating without hesitation.

My review is solely of the beer as I haven’t been to the physical location in Grand Forks (yet). Half Brothers makes some damn good beer!! I seriously wish they had a Fargo location, but I’ll get growler fills and search out which taprooms in Fargo have them in the meantime. Quality beer and their sours do not disappoint. Nice work, Half Brothers!

This place is dank. Should definitely open a spot in downtown Fargo. 10/10 would recommend.
