Insomnia Cookies - Grand Rapids

Horrible service. I walked in this morning and the look of irritation that she had customers was very obvious. I askes for a 6pk of cookies, after she filled the order she slid the cookies on the counter and almost on to the ground. She gave a very fake smile and said have a good day, almost sarcastically. She treated my friend the same way. The cookies were amazing as always, but she will definitely cost you customers. 9/25 1230pm.

Always heard of this place, tried it for the first time a few weeks ago n was super awesome! Cookies were warm and fresh, and the guy helping me was super kind and helpful. 11/10 service! (P.S. nice mustache!

The staff here is extremely friendly, especially for a place that’s open late. While the prices are a bit high for what you receive, there aren’t many alternatives available at that time. The double chocolate chunk cookies make it worthwhile! Parking is only available on the street and requires payment.

This restaurant is in a strange location, and it’s quite large but surprisingly empty. The cookies were excellent as always, although they were a bit flatter than normal. The place was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would rate it 9 out of 10.

Great Cookies Ice Cream! I would have given it 5 stars, but there were a few drawbacks. First off, there's no public restroom—how does that work in a city? We were also told that our cookies weren't warm because the staff didn't have time to heat them up. Additionally, they didn’t have any bags large enough for their cookie boxes, so we had to carry them back to our Airbnb. We walked a mile to get there, which was a fun adventure, and the Christmas decorations and lights were fantastic! However, that meant we had to walk the mile back while carrying the boxes just to warm up those delicious cookies. The ice cream was great, and the cookies were too, but everything felt a bit pricey. Despite that, it doesn’t really matter because we’ll probably give it another try. I recommend it if you're willing to spend a little extra to satisfy your late-night sweet cravings; I believe they're open until midnight! Overall, we enjoyed the experience at Insomnia Cookies!
