P.f. Chang's - Grapevine

PF Changs is our go-to meeting spot for dinner with omnivores. We all eat well and enjoy the food. Our favorites are Buddha's Feast, tofu lettuce wraps, and garlic snap peas. The servers understand vegan and it's never been an issue. The atmosphere of this location is great, too. When busy we can usually grab a table, without waiting, in the bar section.

My mother's birthday. when we arrived, we had to wait at least 10 minutes before we sat, the restaurant had several open tables. it was obvious that they were among servants. the manager was hosting and cleaning tables. When I pulled out my chair, he's in the seat, which I had to clean up. we were in a hurry and asked if we could place our drink, apps, entrees and dessert at once and we were told that only drinks for now. I ordered a limonade and was recommended to them where outside, that is ludicrous, because there are at least 7 lemonade elements on the beverage menu. the waitress was hard at the rande of being down to the right rude, but she offered to replace a meal that was abhorrent on the right was the tofu that was not to eat to say the less. we paid two desserts when my mother was actually birthday, but we didn't want to go back and forth with the waitress so that we paid for both desserts. I've been flying the manager twice and still he was as invisible. this was the worse experience I had a PF chain that I had better food and customs services in panda express. I will never return to this PF location again.

This place maintains open table is not connected to its reservation system and the host was dismissed when we try to receive our reservation. we went out because we didn't want to give them our business. we went to another pf chang (grandscapes) yesterday and had a good experience, but again there was a reservation problem, but the hostess was accommodating.

Food and server were great! Hostess…not so much. I made my reservations thru Open Table. The hostess “couldn’t find the reservation”. I told her where I made it and pulled it up on my phone. Miraculously she found it. Then “put us on the wait list”…which was a 45 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes when I reminded her I had a reservation. She huffed sat us even though she really didn’t want to. I’m not sure she understands the point of a reservation….maybe a little training is needed.
