A very nice size group that any waiter/waitress should be appreciative of the standard gratuity automatically added for that size party. Well, needless to say, apparently it was not appreciated and several of the tabs were altered to show additional gratuity ranging from $20 $40 added to the tabs after our departure without our consent! Of course they were hesitant to reimburse us our money but ultimately did after several phone calls. This is the first time we noticed such activity from what we considered to be a trustworthy establishment and it will never happen again to us because we will not be returning. Let this serve as a “heads up” to other patrons to be aware of such activities. Very disappointing to say the least. Price per person: $30–50

Moving back to Green Bay from Denver, I was a little concerned about finding authentic Italian food in my hometown. I was amazed when dining at Angelina’s with my family! Walking in, I felt like I was in a little mom and pop restaurant in a big city. Tastefully decorated and very welcoming, it was a cozy place on a cold Wisconsin night. Checked out the upstairs dining room which was perfectly peaceful for a date night, but since we had our middle- school boys with us, we opted for the downstairs dining room. We were met by a sweet hostess- who had a beautiful Italian accent. Told her it was our first time dining there and she gave us some great suggestions. Our server greeted us in a timely manner, and had an excellent knowledge of the menu. We started with the pesto crostini and the Caprese salad. Both out of this world, flavorful, and the balsamic was so fresh and delicious. We were brought yummy bread before our meal. We met the Chef who believed in real food, authentic flavors and was from Italy. My husband had the special which was a ribeye marinated in Brunello wine served with pesto gnocchi. Very tasty! I had the shrimp linguine, which had a nice garlic, cream sauce, and I even had enough to take home for lunch the next day. My boys both had the Jordan Love pasta! The sauce was similar to an Alfredo, but lighter and more flavorful. The presence of nutmeg was perfectly paired with the cream sauce. Topped with grilled chicken, my boys were able to take the rest home for lunch as well. I was floored by the portion sizes and thought the price points were fantastic. We had a dessert of gelato and tiramisu. Both outstanding! We also had A bottle of Italian wine, very reasonable priced! The presentation, flavor, portion size, and overall experience was fantastic! We talked to the owner who told us about the summer patio, can’t wait to check that out! I would give this place five stars! Go with your family or with your date. You won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely perfect atmosphere! My wife and I were kindly welcomed by the staff, where we enjoyed a fantastic cocktail downstairs before heading upstairs for dinner. We had an amazing appetizer (Caprese) followed by an even more incredible dinner. I had the Vitello al Limone and my wife had the Pappardelle ai Gamberi. Both meals came by recommendation and I am thankful to Eddie (owner) for sharing! After dinner we made our way back downstairs where we enjoyed one more drink at the bar. Espresso Martin for my wife, and Bourbon for me! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing. Cannot wait to return with family and friends!
