Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Greenbrier

The food is good. Shakes, ice cream, blizzards are pretty good. But if you go Monday through Friday right after school, it is hectic. A big ball of chaos. Adults use the parking lot and surrounding parking lots to pick up their children instead of picking them up at the school pick up area. They get in arguments with the DQ customers who are just trying to get their order. Organization and boundaries for DQ parking needs to be worked on majorly.

Don't walk run to dairy queen for the BEST fast service and fresh food!

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is incredibly clean. However, the prices are quite高.

Delicious food at an excellent price. Their ice cream is consistently fantastic, too. Highly recommended!!! Parking: There is ample parking available for this restaurant.

We usually go to McDonald's, but I was fed up with them frequently forgetting our items or messing up our orders entirely. Plus, the woman who takes our drive-thru orders always sounds so monotone and unhappy, not to mention her rudeness! So, I decided to treat the kids to something different. It turned out to be the best fast food experience ever! Sara took my order and was very polite and accommodating to my children. When I received my order in record time, I went to grab the bags and drinks, and another lady (who I regret not catching her name) kindly helped us carry everything to our car. I didn’t expect such great service, especially so close to closing time! Great job, Greenbrier Dairy Queen!
