World Of Beer - Greensboro

The Brussels sprouts and fish and chips were exceptional. My husband really enjoys the German beers. They also serve homemade potato chips that are quite delicious.

Had brunch at WOB for the first time and let me tell you it did not disappoint!! Yolanda was our waitress and she was attentive and professional! I had the WOB breakfast and it was delicious. The only thing trouble was someone's very active and barking dog on the outside patio.

Attended the Karaoke event last night and the service was beyond terrible. Our waitress took 25 minutes to bring drinks to half of our table of four people. The other two members of our party, waited almost 50 minutes for their drinks. We couldn’t even get a water. Completely unacceptable.When the appetizers came out after a 30 minute wait, they were cold. Cold cheesy nachos don’t really hit the spot. Half the table still didn’t have drinks for this course. We kept asking the waitress for them but she didn’t seem to care much.Dinner came out 20 minutes after that was okay. The rest of the table finally got a drink, but the two of us that had drinks originally, were screwed. We couldn’t get a refill. We finally went to the bar and paid for drinks up there separately.The bartender was the one pleasant part of the visit. He was nice, fast, and cared about customers. Unfortunately, even though he was great, we don’t plan to come back any time soon due to the experience we had with the rest of the team. It’s a shame.

This was my first time here. The food and drinks were great. There were a lot of tasty looking menu items. I got a Truffle Burger, which I would definitely recommend. So much flavor!!!! The establishment was clean and they were playing great music. The host was on it from the moment I walked in, greeting me and getting my drinks started. The servers/bar tenders were nice and funny. It was a Tuesday afternoon so it was kind of slow but I think this place would liven up and be a good hang out during peek times. There is a really nice patio area and a cool little couch lounge area. Definitely try it out!

Trust the reviews, everyone! The atmosphere was not very welcoming and felt a bit odd. Although there weren't many customers there, our table was dirty and sticky, with numerous dishes left unbused. The waitstaff seemed to be lounging around without any urgency. The overall lack of cleanliness and the fact that we weren’t attended to made us decide to leave. WOB has been declining steadily over the years; I don’t visit regularly, but this experience was enough for me to cross them off my list completely.
