Rick Erwin's Eastside - Greer

I celebrated my birthday at Rick Erwin's and was treated to a super experience with attentive service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere.

Great food, horrible serviceWent in on Saturday (July 15) for some apps and drinks after a wine tasting.

I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

We wish you would return the salt bread to your Sunday Brunch menu.

Took my bride of 43 years to celebrate our Anniversary. Was thrilled with the seating, the view, great wine selection, appitizers, and the food, ( salmon selection), was so good! Our server, Taylor was really friendly and enhanced our dinner experience. 50 mile drive was worth it! Will not be 30 years before we visit again. Thank You.
