Flying Pie Pizzeria - Gresham

This has been my husband's and my favorite restaurant since we moved to Portland in the 1970s. The staff is exceptional and always courteous. The food is consistently delicious and cooked to perfection (with a nice crisp crust). We really enjoy taking our family and friends there.

I occasionally order pizza from this place, and it’s always great. One day, I called in to place an order and noticed there was a bit of noise on both ends of the call. When I received my pizza, it was smaller than what I had ordered. The staff apologized and made me the same pizza, but in the largest size available. To top it off, they gave me the smaller pizza for free! I offered to pay for it, but they wouldn't accept my money. This situation left me a bit confused since it was their mistake, but I truly appreciated how much they care about their customers and the quality of service they provide. I’ll definitely be returning more often! I don’t expect free pizza every time, but it’s nice to know they value their customers.

Always incredible! If you choose three toppings, your pizza turns out a bit crispier. However, if you opt for five or more toppings, it's tough to get them all crispy. Regardless, both options are delicious. The breadsticks are fantastic, and the salad bar is the healthiest part of my meal!

Amazing pizza! I've been eating at the original Stark location since the 90's. This was my first time at this one. The decor isn't as fun but the pizza is spot on.

Pizzas are pricey but LOADED! There's no skimping on toppings here. Each slice feels like it weighs a ton. Our group of 7 adults and 5 kids got 3 large pizzas expecting to have leftovers for a day or so...we had leftovers for 3 days. Yum!
