Difficult to undermine. first 30 40 minutes were declared to be sitting, although restaurant only about 30% capacity. ends up waiting for an hour because the hostess has forgotten to give us a table. Secondly, our waitress has only checked us a few times and some difficult things have been through with our commands. the first round, one of our party did not have their side (the ended to get another 1⁄2 hour). another in our party waited for almost 20 minutes to garnel its 2nd round, yet another member of our party never got the last round garnel.

We waited for over 45 minutes for a table to find a mostly empty restaurant. the personal moved slowly, as they had nothing to do, and eating took forever to get to.

It did absolutely no good to reserve online. When we got to the restaurant to check in is when they put you on the list . It took an additional 45 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a waitress.service was really slow. Appetizer was overcooked even burned on parts of the crust.Dinner food was luke warm when we received it and one of the items were wrong. Wanted after dinner drinks but took so long for waitress to come back we decided to continue our evening elsewhere. Restaurant was not even at the 25% capacity.By the comments of other patrons we were not the only dissatisfied customers.

The server loved himself very much. He was nice, but way too full of himself. Drinks and shrimp were not filled in a timely manner.

The waitress was very nice and attentive. However the coleslaw was very bland.
