Hutong Hú Tóng Xiǎo Jiǔ Guǎn

A friend recommended this and we decided to try it spur of the moment and what an excellent decision. Everyone was so kind and nice. The cocktails were delicious a bit strong but that’s a good thing! We started with pot stickers which were surprisingly crispy and full of flavor. I had the Dan Dan Noodles which I was told were were spicy which they were! But in a good way. By the bottom of the bowl I was craving the spice. My husband got the Braised Pork rice which was amazing as well. I really appreciate the kindness and service here. I cannot wait to return!

Really nice addition to Madison’s Asian food scene! The Dan Dan noodles are unlike anything you can get in Madison; it’s spicy but well balanced!Everything we tried on the menu was delicious and the service was friendly and professional! They do seem a bit short staffed though, as they are open for limited hours.

One of the absolute best restaurants in Madison, such a gem. Everything on the menu is spectacular, you can’t go wrong! The Dan Dan noodles are EXQUISITE.

I don't like your way of dealing with customer complaints/conflicts. Different people have different tastes. Responding in an arrogant way and indicating those who gave you a low score do not understand Chinese food will never lead you to a success. As a customer, I can only see how self-indulgent you are. I was not involved in the conflict you had with some of your customers, but this is the first time that I see a restaurant quarrel with their customers on Google Maps.

I’ll never spend my money there again. I tip well and I’m a good customer. People in today’s age know different languages so you should be aware.
