Subway - Greshamville

After calling and stating we felt that our food was spoiled and tasted off, I was told to bring it back in exchange for different sandwiches. When I got there, an employee, appearing to be a manager, stated he wanted to see the food. He looked at it and said they wouldn’t be making us anything else. He continued saying they had made it correctly, and they “couldn’t guarantee the taste”. They could “only guarantee the way it was made”. He didn’t offer any apologies or solutions. I threw the food away. Wasn’t worth food poisoning. Do I expect much from Subway? Definitely not. Do I want the food to be edible? I mean for almost 30$, that would be nice ??‍

I walked in and asked for takeout for a family of six. The lady made excellent recommendations and we were well satisfied.The pulled pork and chicken was great and the Mac and Cheese will merit a double order next time. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was Friday night. Fed six for $50.

I gave a 2 because they don’t except coupons but have a tip bucket smh other than that they are nice and quick and the food’s good and I still tip that’s just me but if they except coupons then they might get more in tips just
