Joseppis Pizza Grove City

I ordered delivery and it arrived 40 minutes late with the wrong dressing and was cold. The manager argued with me, claiming they only provide Italian dressing when no selection is made, even though I asked for French dressing and they did not bring ranch or Italian. The manager then offered to take my food back when I was prepared to wait another hour. I am not finished with my complaint.

Please be cautious. I placed an order for a sub, a personal veggie pizza, a medium topper, and a large topper. I prepaid and the order was ready on time. Everything arrived a bit early, which was great. The family started with the smaller pizza and everything was good. However, when we opened the box for the large pizza, we found a burnt mess inside. It was so overcooked that you could hear the crunch from 8 feet away. Despite my reluctance to complain, I couldn't bring myself to eat a $20 pizza that was ruined. I called and Cameron was polite in offering to replace the pizza, but I didn't have time to wait another 45 minutes. She also offered a $5 credit, which I found to be inadequate. Lesson learned - always check your order before accepting it. I recently moved to Grove City and was hoping to find a good pizza place, but this experience was disappointing. They get 2 stars because the rest of the order was fine.

Always friendly about the phone and in person, my pizza is tasty and ready for a timely wise, great service at each visit.

Food got here very quickly it was hot and fresh and delicious! The sub was a little over toasted but still pretty good.... The pizza was great it seems like they have a lot of unnecessary negative reviews.... 5 stars from me!
