The food at Sage Bistro is outstanding! I have visited regularly for about 5 years and have never been disappointed. The meal starts with warm pita triangles and yummy hummus. All meals come with a generous salad. My husband recently had the lentil soup which was a special. The seasoning and texture made it a winner. Spices are used generously to give all food it's great flavor. My favorite is the house salmon which has a Cajun rub and lemon dill butter. My husband loves the Portuguese chicken. Other entrees are tasty, too. The rice yum!
One of my favorite places to eat. Everything is fresh and delicious. The smoked Gouda chicken and hummus are to die for!
The service was outstanding. The homemade hummus paired with warm pitas was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal—the food was truly delicious.
