We stood there and waited for 10 minutes after a while when the worker finally got to my drink she started it then put it aside. Then she kept on pouring the drink out. My mom told the cashier who was helping her that the lady clearly didn’t know how to make my drink. The lady said “ On no the only reason why you are waiting is for the decaf.” My mom said “no I watched the lady pour out her drink 3 times.” My mom got a refund and we left. *FYI I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino*
This is BN Starbucks where you cannot use Starbucks Star Reward. Barnes Noble licenses from Starbucks the right to sell most of Starbucks' beverages, and uses the same syrups and frappuccino mixes. B N also sells some of Starbucks' coffees.
I ordered two caramel macchiatos, but both were mostly milk with only a hint of coffee and no caramel at all. I ended up paying $10 for just cups of milk. They clearly don’t know how to make it properly. I feel like I wasted my money, and I won’t be returning to this shop again.
The woman at the cashier desk who wears glasses always seems to have an attitude. They definitely need to consider hiring better staff.
