Alcan Motor Inn - Haines Junction

Suitable for the interstop, the motel is clean and does not seem too old. However, somehow the drive is missing, everything is a little unloved and not too friendly reception. for trips to the environment good location, 2 Can.$/night for wifi go ok, but today still for wifi to pay????

This is a nice little spot, it's clean, not a lot of noise, right off the road. Easy to stop and easy to get back on the road. It's not a brand-new hotel, but served us well for a stopover in Haines Junction. It's average, and totally fine.

I snuck in only 10 minutes before closing and ordered to go, in respect for them wanting to close. They were very gracious and despite having a dozen other people to cook for at the end of their day, were able to make my order quickly and have me on my way.The food was good, if not gourmet, but I appreciated their willingness to serve me instead of saying it was too late. The menu has a nice selection of lunch and dinner offerings and I'd return here to eat w/o hesitation.

We visited the restaurant after a tip from a local. There is a new owner which is very motivated to give his best. But by ower visit you could see that he was new in the business but he does his best. One thing he has done good is to hire a excellent good cooker. The menu is not in the form of a booklet but is written on a blackboard. The food was very good.

The restaurant, which lies directly at the branch of two Hwy ́s, is run by new owners and offers a good service. the peculiarities are a hamburger, which is also baked and an African, the cook of the restaurant.One changes daily a part of the dishes to always offer fresh food.The restaurant is clean, the facility is convenient.
