Subway - Halethorpe

I ordered through GrubHub at 4:33 PM, expecting my food to arrive by 5:05 PM. However, the delivery was delayed three times and ended up arriving at 5:45 PM. Who wants to wait an hour for a sandwich that was supposed to be served cold?

I highly recommend the services of Sanjeev and Sonia. They are incredibly professional, and every time they prepare my food, it’s always top-notch. However, the evening crew tends to offer poor customer service and can be quite rude.

Bad service and customer service, went inside to ask for the sub of the day apparently this location doesn't serve it. after ordering multiple sandwiches and meals combo had to wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes while the employee battled the computer by hitting it because the card reader didn't work. Had to leave without my order because I was short on time and didn't have cash on me to pay it cash

I wish I could give it no stars!! I ordered from here about a month ago via the app and NEVER received my food nor my money back!!!!!!!!! I have tried calling the store so many times I can?t even count them all and I?ve contacted customer support all to no avail! So would I recommend? NEVER!!!! They lost my business permanently! The photos shown were taken at 1:35 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. the day of the order which was November 23, 2021

This is hands down the worst subway I have ever been to. Sunday on a holiday weekend. 1 person working. I ordered on the app. The app said 140pm my food would be available for pick up. I didnt get my food till 215pm. Door dash takes priority cause it was a 50$ order ahead of me. I got my sandwiches, threw them in the trash and went to Dominoes.
